In cases such as being unable to view your current balance, please renew your session and check.
You can log out and log back in from the profile tab on the top left, where your name and surname are written on the main page.
Try again by following the steps of Settings> Applications> DyorEX Application> Clear preliminary data/delete data from your Android operating system.
Try again after uninstalling and reinstalling the DyorEX Application from your IOS operating system phone.
If you are logging in via the browser, refresh the page with the CTRL+F5 key combination.
