Duty, Authority and Responsibility     DyorEX has prepared its AML Policy in accordance with international legal norms and standards and applicable legislation. Risk Assessment  DyorEX adopts a risk-based approach to money laundering and terrorist financing within the scope of national and international legislation. The measures to be implemented within the scope of the AML Policy are proportional to the identified risks and the greatest risks are given the greatest importance.     With the risk-based approach adopted by DyorEX, it conducts risk analysis within the following methods to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing and can monitor the relevant User(s) in the light of the information obtained because of the risk analysis.     4.1. Users and Transactions in the High-Risk Group    4.1.1. The total amount of single or multiple-linked cryptocurrency trading/transactions is equal to and/or more than 100,000,00 TL,    4.1.2. The total amount of a single or multi-linked cryptocurrency exchange is equal to and/or more than 100,000,00 TL,      4.1.3. Situations requiring suspicious transaction reporting within the framework of current legislation,    4.1.4. Doubt about the accuracy and adequacy of the identity information,      4.1.5. Performing complex transactions with the potential of third party/parties hiding,      4.1.6. Situations where funds cannot be easily verified,      4.1.7. Monitoring and control of transactions carried out in connection with risky countries,      4.1.8. Negative news about the user in the media about laundering proceeds of crime and financing terrorism.  DyorEX undertakes and declares that if the valuation it has made finally reaches the conclusion of a suspicious transaction, it will follow the instructions of MASAK and convey the information and findings it has obtained to MASAK or to the relevant courts in case of summons.    5. Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Transaction Reporting  DyorEX has the right to monitor all transactions (monitoring is an important tool for risk assessment and detection of suspicious transactions) in cases such as Users or transactions in the high risk group and in cases where there is suspicion of money laundering terrorism financing, and to perform the following transactions.  1. Reporting suspicious transactions to the relevant law enforcement units,  2. Requesting the customer to submit additional information and documents,  3. Suspension or closure of the customer account.  The above-mentioned transaction items are not comprehensive, and the AML Policy Compliance Officer, who is determined to fulfill the transactions specified within the scope of the legislation, monitors the users' transactions daily, reports the users and determines whether they are considered suspicious.    6. Know Your Customer Policy  DyorEX will establish its own procedures to determine anti-money laundering standards and compliance with the Know Your Customer policy.  DyorEX user(s) complete a verification procedure (required to present a government-approved identity document: passport, ID card and/or driver's license) to start transactions. DyorEX reserves the right to collect the identity information of its users for the purposes of the AML policy. It performs and securely stores these transactions in accordance with the legislation and DyorEX Privacy Policy.  6.1. DyorEX may request a second identity document approved by official institutions within the scope of AML Policy. (A bank statement and/or electricity/water bill not longer than 3 months, containing the customer's full name and real address)  6.2. DyorEX reserves the right to request additional information about users identified as dangerous or suspicious after confirming the accuracy of documents and information submitted by customers.  6.3. If the identity of the Client has been changed or her/his activities have been found suspicious, DyorEX has the right to request updated documents from the Client, even if her/his identity has been verified in the past.     7. Reporting  Within the framework of the services/services provided by DyorEX on the platform/platforms, in cases where there is a suspicion about the financing of assets (dark money) and terrorism obtained from crime and/or illegal sources, regardless of the number of transactions determined as suspicious transaction as a result of the necessary investigations, the Financial It is reported to the Presidency of the Criminal Investigation Board (MASAK). DyorEX acts in accordance with the principle of honesty in the processing of personal data in line with the principles established by legal regulations. It clearly and precisely states the purpose of processing personal data in the policy of processing and protection of personal data, especially the User Agreement, which is an indivisible part of this agreement, if it is legitimate and in accordance with the law. DyorEX avoids the processing of personal data that is not required or other than the matters specified in this contract and other contracts prepared by DyorEX. Personal data are kept limited to the time required for the purpose for which they are processed and specified within the scope of the relevant legislation, especially the Law No. 6698.      4. Conditions of Processing of Personal Data   4.1. DyorEX, within the scope of relevant legislation; Processes personal data only in cases stipulated by law, with the explicit consent of the person and within the scope of the articles specified in other agreements, which are an integral part of this agreement.     4.2. User(s) who use and/or become a member of DyorEX platform(s) declare and undertake that they have read and accepted in advance the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Clarification Text, AML Policy, Cookie Policy, and the information regarding the processing of personal data specified in this contract. The User declares that he waives all objections, lawsuits, complaints and claims regarding the Processing of Personal Data in advance.     4.3. Personal data/data can be processed in accordance with the law, regardless of the existence of the person's explicit consent, in cases where it is expressly stipulated in the law.     4.4. Personal data can be processed if it has been made public by the data owner herself/himself.     4.5. DyorEX acts in accordance with the regulations specified in the relevant law in the processing of "personal data of special nature" specified in Article 6 of the Law No. 6698. In this context: “Data related to race, ethnicity, political thought, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, dress and clothing, membership to associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data are referred to as special categories of personal data.     4.6. In accordance with the Law No. 6698, sensitive personal data is processed in the following cases, provided that adequate measures to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board are taken:     4.6.1. Personal data other than health and sexual life listed in the first paragraph of Article 6 of Law No. 6698 may be processed without seeking the explicit consent of the person concerned, in cases stipulated by the laws. It is processed for the purpose of carrying out the services provided, requesting information/documents from the user to ensure account security, notifying the changes in the legislation or the rules and policies accepted by DyorEX.  7.2. It is not possible to share personal data with another person and/or organization residing in the country or abroad for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the user.     7.3. Your personal data may be requested again to be used in the services to be provided to the User regarding crypto money trading transactions carried out over the DyorEX platform(s), to prevent any illegal money flow, to identify the User correctly and in a legal manner.     7.4. The period when you benefit from the products and services that provide personal data that can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through DyorEX's work areas, official website, call center, phone calls, SMS records, e-mail addresses, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. It will continue to be updated and processed within the legal period and/or legal period.      8.
